To get true POV video you need to align the camera as close as possible to your line of sight... your eyes. We don't have eyes in our chins so why film from there? Mounting a camera on the chin of a helmet doesn't work for cars unless all you want to see is the steering wheel? 
Most chin mounts are usually very bulky and require adaptors and arms to position the camera in the correct position. This creates a potential snag hazard and adds significant weight to the helmet.
But if you mount the camera on the top of your visor it is closely aligned with your eyes so it see's what you see and the view is not obstructed by any part of vehicle. This allows you to capture some epic POV video and is exactly what VisorGO was designed to do.
